Managed to get out again with the new lens, this time for a beautiful sunset, not that I did it justice. First real use of my new Giottos MT 92 Tripod too. First time trying to photograph sunsets, so fairly happy with these early results. Pop over to the Gallery
Well, as promised I picked up my new Sigma 17-70mm F2.8-4.5 DC MACRO for my Canon EOS 400D yesterday. There are some good reviews at PhotoZone.de and Photographyreview.com. Anyway nothing special just tried out some macro shots in the back-garden. You’ll find them in the gallery. So far so good
A slightly longer absence then planned but I have been out and about with the Canon EOS 400D trying to get used to it. A trip to Edinburgh for Paddies weekend gave me plenty of photo opportunities but I didn’t seem to take much advantage as I’m pretty unhappy overall
