Rights Managed Licensing
The majority of my images are available to use for Commercial purposes under a Rights Managed License model. Simply click on the ‘add to cart’ button to the top left of any image in the galleries, and choose downloads.
From within the download pane you will be taken through the licensing options to determine the usage of the image, at which point a licensing price will be offered. You may then purchase the license by credit card.
Once the transaction is complete you will be notified via e-mail when the files are ready for retrieval (usually a few minutes wait at the most), at which point you may log in to your free account and click “My Downloads” to retrieve the ZIP. This ZIP file includes:
- Image (in jpg format*)
- XMP Sidecar with usage rights
- Text file with usage rights
- Text file of the licensing agreement
You may download the images for up to 96 hours, after which will need to contact me if you need to retrieve the image(s) again.
Alternatively, you can contact me directly, in order to discuss licensing and alternate payment/invoicing arrangements.
* Every image is also available in 8 and 16bit tiff. If you should require this format please contact me after you have purchased the image and I will make arrangements to ftp it to you.
NB I do not currently provide Personal Use or Royalty Free licensing options.
