Earlier in the week I published an image from a recent trip to Greystones in Co Wicklow which was a long exposure just before sunrise. I thought I would follow up today with an image of the actual sunrise. The above image was taken just 17mins after the predawn photograph. While the times of sunset and sunset might be referred to as the golden hour when shooting the actual rise are fall of the sun it is more like to golden 10mins! Light changes very very quickly around this time so you need to have everything setup just right.
Camera: Canon EOS 5D Mark II
