An Evening Swim – San Miguel, Spain

A goose takes a rest from tending to her young and takes a swim while a group of finches busy themselves upon the rocks to her right.

Another image from my time spent in Spain and from the same series discussed in Tuesdays post where I spent a pleasant 15 minutes with a group of geese and their young.

In this image the goose has decided to take a little dip to cool off. You can see a number of Finches(?) busying themselves upon the rock to her left. Like the previous image I love the golden tones in the water and the reflections created from the goose and the nearby rocks.
